TERMS

This is a contract of renting only and not of a sale. The undersigned agrees that he has rented the instrument herein described upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property Laconia Music Center INC.; that he has examined said item and found it to be in good condition and will return it in as good condition as when he received it, ordinary wear and tear accepted; that he will promptly pay when due all charges which accrue because of this rental, including charges from loss, theft or damage to this instrument and/or its case and accessories. In the event that the instrument is not returned on time or the instrument or its case is damaged, I hereby authorize Laconia Music Center to charge my credit or debit card any amount due. In the even that the renter fails to return the said item at the agreed time, or fails to abide by any of the other terms of this contract, the renter agent repossess it without notice to the renter and the rental is hereby released from all claims arising therefrom. All charges are based on the timet he item is in the renter's possession whether in use or not. It is solely the renter's responsibility to return the item when due. This contract is considered to be in effect until terminated. Termination is considered when the item is returned to Laconia Music or purchased. The rental agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rental item. Damage insurance does not cover damage due to neglect or abuse or the replacement of broken strings. No refunds are issued if the instrument is returned before the due date. A $10.00 late fee will be charged on the first day following the due date and every 7 days thereafter. The renter agrees to pay all costs resulting from the failure to return the rented item(s) or damage to said items not limited to additional mailing, collection agency and or attorney and court costs. Accounts will be charged for renewal automatically 14 days after due date.
